Wilcox Writing – Newsletter Week of May 11th

What’s been happening at Wilcox Writing this past week? We have a lot to tell you, and we’re making a lot of changes at Wilcox Writing, so stay tuned!

Most exciting is that after two long years, and set to graduate this spring, I’ve finished my Master of Arts degree! I’ve also completed a teaching development program and have accrued experience in teaching. Graduation means I have more time to implement my new skills and focus on my passions—improving writing through editing and tutoring.

With that said, we want to be very clear that we’ve increased our prices for all our services. With our new credentials and experience, and to keep up with general pricing in Toronto and the cost of living, we’ve increased our pricing. You can see pricing on our Hours and Rates page.

I’ve also added some new pages to the website. One is a blog, Ideas to Page, essentially a place for newsletters and writing tips.

Even more exciting is that if you subscribe to the mailing list, you will get access to our Writing Center, which is a compendium for writing learning documents and resources. We’re adding more documents over time, so be sure to check back regularly. We’ll have documents highlighting all steps of the writing process.

Expect to see more changes coming to the website: wording, design, pages, and features.

Don’t be a stranger. We’re here to help with writing.
